Hello guys this part i want to let you know,some tips how to taking care of yourself.you know taking care of yourself means like full time job. When i was in elementary school there was a village in Manggarai district called "Gapong Village" had a landslide and make a lot of peoples had died in that village . That problem cause in Gapong village was a heavy rain and never stop about 2 weeks also the location of that village it's very dangerous because it's an prone place,l ike they live at down of the cliff.After that problem a men from Manggarai Regency  had to make a song a about that problem into manggarai languagge.when i first time heard that song i was very sad,because that song remind us about that bad story. Someday a lot of peoples from Manggarai played that song  when they have a party such as school party or another.  Do you know what the meanings of that song"i asked them" and they said ;yes we know tha,why??i think it's to bad to played that song in this moment" i talked to them".Than they just laugthing and they said " we don't care about that we just having fun...
